The class is structured so that all levels of fitness can
participate. You decide what weights you feel comfortable with and
there are more advanced versions of most of the exercises. |

Class.
Each Monday and Thursday, from 9:15 am to 12:30 am, our
group meets in the gym for fun and fitness.
They begin with a
warm-up, some walking, balance, mat work for your legs and abs, and a
workout with weights, followed by stretching and cool-down.
